The generous breakfast options with lake views were a good way to start the day.

The onsite restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner, which limited our dining options .

No reason to complain, pleasant stay for 3 nights. Small hotel in a peaceful area really close to nice coffee shops and restaurants, the city center and the lake and the beach areas. Nice location with free parking.

I liked the king room which was elegant. The location was perfect, relatively near Chiesa di San Bernardino.

Small shower stalls felt cramped, hardly user-friendly!!! The dated decor could definitely use a makeover to modernize the experience.

We had a brief yet good stay. The lake view from our room was fine! Dinner at the onsite restaurant was so nice in flavor and presentation. For future guests, book a room with the lake view to maximize your experience!

Just an ideal choice for a city escape in Colico with best value. The views from the room were amazing and made our stay so nice. Make sure to try the local dishes at dinner for a great experience.

Loved that our room had a fantastic lake view, made every morning special, and the spacious bathroom was a nice touch too! The spa options, like the sauna and massage, were perfect. The only downside was the lack of variety in breakfast options, but it didn't take away from a great stay overall 😊

great location but minor room issues

The views of the lake and mountains were fine, amazing. The staff went out of their way to assist us with local recommendations, which enhanced our stay. Our room was impeccably clean, a point.

The location is unbeatable, right next to a ferry terminal and with lovely views of the lake. The room was spacious, clean and came with a lovely seating area for relaxation. Breakfast was a good spread with plenty of options to choose from.

No hot drink facilities.

The restaurant offered a fine range of food at breakfast, with an very nice view of the lake enhancing the experience. Staff demonstrated exemplary service by assisting with transport logistics and allowing us to stow our luggage post-checkout. The air conditioning in the room was inadequate during warmer nights, and the shower stall felt cramped, which detracted from the otherwise enjoyable stay.

Wonderful location for our visit to the beach, just a short distance from here. The queen room was really nice with a view of the garden. The staff was super helpful and always available. 😊
